- Bumble's Trinket Boxes is a Pomeroy Jewelers Store-

You must be at least 18 years old to order from this online store. All orders are charged when you click the "submit" button and are confirmed automatically to the email address you provide on your order.  If you do not see an order number on your screen after your order has been placed, your order most likely did not go through.

We accept the following USA or Canada issued credit cards- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Delivery to credit cardholder's street address in the USA or Canada or to a confirmed alternate address. Deliveries to other shipping addresses & Post Office box numbers may be via RESTRICTED delivery. Most orders require a signature for delivery. IMPORTANT: The billing information you provide must match what your bank or credit card company have on file. Any variance will delay or void your order. Many orders are also verified by telephone. * PayPal® Restriction- If you choose PayPal® as your payment method, note that we only ship to PayPal® confirmed addresses in the USA.  We will not ship to a different address.  If you would like delivery to an alternate address (an address other than what PayPal® has on file), pay using one of the credit cards indicated above.

We offer different online checkout forms... when you checkout, select the form that applies to your preferred order method. 

• ONLINE using the forms provided... this is the fastest way to order and this is a secure site.  You will notice the paddle lock when you reach the billing information page where you enter your sensitive billing information.  The billing information page address starts with https://www." which is a secure page.
  

• EMAIL but do NOT include your credit card number.  Email us your complete billing/shipping address and your complete order excluding your credit card number.  Be sure to include both your billing address phone number and daytime telephone number (if different) so we can reach you. (Put both phone numbers in the one box provided or in the comments box.  We will call for your credit card information.
  

• MAIL your order and payment to our address below.  Printable MAIL Order Form:  Make all of your selections online and click on the "order button" to add the item or items to the shopping cart. Click on "Go to Checkout" or "Check Out Now". You will be asked whether your order is shipping to Michigan and the next screen will allow you to select an order method called "Order by Check/Money Order through Postal Mail" or "Order by Credit Card through Postal Mail". Shopping Cart    
Our Shopping Cart Service- Americommerce that uses encryption for the transmission of sensitive credit card information between our customers and the shopping cart.  When you reach the billing information page, our website becomes secure. You will also note that web page address appearing at in the browser will go from an http to an https address. This is the only area where our customers enter sensitive billing and credit card information.  Look for the paddle lock at top in the address bar of your browser. 

Important:  Orders must be placed directly through our website at https://www.bumblestrinketboxes.com .  Orders placed through cached search or browser pages or any other stored page process will NOT be honored. 

You will receive an order number if you have successfully placed your order. Orders are then confirmed with an automated response service so you will also receive a copy of your order via email to the address that you provided. Remember... most orders require a signature for delivery.

Manufacturer Defects- All items are guaranteed to be delivered free of manufacturer's defects and as ordered.  If any item has a manufacturer's defect as determined by the manufacturer, it will be corrected by them at no charge to you.  We will even pay for your return INSURED REGULAR US MAIL shipping if it is determined to be a manufacturer's defect or our mistake.

OUR Mistakes or Errors- If we have made a mistake, we will take care of the problem.  We will also reimburse you for any return via insured REGULAR US Mail that you incur because of a mistake or error on our part.  If you select another carrier or faster method, you are responsible for the difference. You must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery date if there is a problem. It is very important that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery.  If you have made the mistake, you will be responsible for any fees to correct the problem plus shipping fees. 

Most items offered in this store are RETURNABLE for a refund within "15 days of the date shipped". Items must be in new, unaltered condition (no scratches, scuffs, breaks, etc.) and in our original packaging. Items returned in any other condition will not qualify for a refund. Any special order items are not returnable... these will be clearly marked online or indicated in our email correspondence with you. Shipping and packaging charges are NOT refundable.

Exception: If special pricing has been provided to you (generally offered on orders of 25 boxes or more), the order is considered a special order and it is NOT RETURNABLE.

For your protection, package the item carefully in the original boxes and packing material and insure the package to full value. Items that have been carelessly packed and damaged in transit will incur restocking fees or will be refused.  Keep your mailing receipts until you have received credit from us or in case a claim must be filed. ~ Shipping Information ~

Most items ship in about 2-7 days.  If we encounter a delay in shipping your order (if the item is out of stock or has been discontinued), we will immediately notify you via email OR telephone and you can then decide whether you wish to wait or cancel the order.

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment and carefully packed for delivery. In the unlikely event an item is received damaged or if there is an error, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. Call (231) 938-2582 or email us at service@BumblesTrinketBoxes.com . Since all orders are shipped insured, you must save all packing materials for an inspection by the shipping company.  

If we do not deliver by a promised date and it is because of an error on our part or one of our manufacturer's, the remedy shall be limited to the reimbursement of the full purchase price of the item ordered (upon our receipt of the item if it has already shipped to you).  We will not be liable for any expenses beyond this.  Note that when we indicate that an item generally ships in about so many days, this is NOT a promised delivery date.

If delivery delay is due to the shipping company such as US Postal Service, UPS, etc., we will not be liable nor responsible for the delay.  It is the shipping company's responsibility to deliver in the time frames they advertise.  Any remedies shall be in accordance with the shipping company's policies. Note that all orders are shipped via insured delivery in case of loss/damage while in their control.

~ Pricing Information ~

We have never believed in advertising exaggerated manufacturer suggested retail pricing with fake discounts nor continuous on-going sales in order to induce our customers to buy now. It's just not who we are.  We try to offer a fair price everyday. 

We make every effort to provide beautiful jewelry and gifts at a competitive price.  If manufacturer's increase their prices to us, our online prices may be effected. We reserve the right to change pricing.  If this should ever occur, you would be contacted for authorization to proceed with your order at the new price. 

~ Additional Information ~

We do not sell or trade our customer's or potential customer's information to other businesses or individuals. We will not bombard with email unrelated to your order... we will not put you on any type of email list UNLESS you request it. That is not our way of business. We believe that our quality products, competitive prices and service should be enough to bring you back. If an item is drop shipped from the manufacturer, your name, address and telephone number is given to that company so they can fill and deliver your order.  IP addresses are recorded by the shopping cart system and will be used to trace fraudulent purchases.

You  also agree to settle all disagreements or disputes arising from orders placed through BumblesTrinketBoxes.com, Pomeroy Jewelers and/or it's owners through the appropriate federal or state court exclusively in the counties of Grand Traverse, Michigan or Kent, Michigan, depending on the court requirements.   All rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts are waived.  Use of this site constitutes your agreement to our online store policies and terms of sale.
